these works include: -The techno-economic study of the construction of the Thérouanne wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of 1300 p.e., of the low-load activated sludge type.-the constitution of the building permit for the new works, as well as any other document necessary for the instruction,-the realization of the execution studies, the plans and the corresponding technical specifications, their transmission to the project managers and their modification according to the observations issued by the latter,-the declarations and administrative authorizations related to the works,-the preparation of the site, including the site facilities and the life base, the statements of bailiffs,-the realization of the foundations, civil engineering and equipment of all the works forming part of the treatment plant,-the supply and installation of all the electrical equipment, electronic, automation and remote management necessary for the proper functioning of the new installations,-the construction of access and interior roads to the site, including horizontal and vertical signage-The supply and installation of all the networks,-the supply and implementation of external facilities,-the restoration of the premises,-the carrying out of all the tests, tests and tests described in the administrative and technical clauses,-the development of the settings and the start-up of the entire installation,-the provision of a survey file and the analysis of the risks of failure, their effects and the measures planned to remedy any breakdownsas an indication, the estimated expenditure is 1 500 000 euro (ex ex)) (excl.
