As part of the implementation of the subject matter of the contract within the scope specified for Package 3 covering the following forestry areas: Janowiec, Sarniak, the Contractor will be obliged to provide duty at an alarm and dispatch point with the function of observing the area with the use of CCTV cameras, which includes:

- duty of dispatchers of the Alarm and Dispatch Point in accordance with Appendix 15 of the Forest Fire Protection Manual,

- maintaining order at the workplace and in the immediate surroundings,

- the obligation to take care of the efficiency of the equipment entrusted by the Ordering Party, the financial responsibility of the Contractor for the equipment made available by the Ordering Party for the operation of the PAD.

- observation of forest areas from CCTV cameras placed on fire lookouts and immediate notification of detected hazards (in accordance with the received instructions) during the period of direct action carried out by the Contracting Authority during the fire hazard period (observation from the lookout is generally carried out from 9.00 a.m. until sunset),

- keeping an observer's work diary on an ongoing basis.

The required equipment of the Alarm and Dispatch Point, referred to in the Forest Fire Protection Instruction in force at PGL LP, is provided by the Contracting Authority.

The contracting authority may extend the period of direct action.
