The object of this contract is the supply, installation and commissioning, training and maintenance of two SPECT-CT 16-section hybrid systems: one for the Ambroise Paré University Hospital in Mons and the other for the University Hospital Center. Tivoli de la Louvière.
This contract also includes:
- the supply of a “client-server” type software solution for the post-processing of images and its maintenance,
- dismantling, removal and disposal of existing equipment,
- installation work.
This is a joint market meeting the needs of the Ambroise Paré University Hospital and the Tivoli University Hospital within the framework of their hospital association PHU Coeur du Hainaut, encouraged by the Federal Government and the Walloon Government (law on local regional hospital networks).
The market comprises a single lot with two firm slices, each slice comprising several positions.
The tenderer must imperatively provide a complete offer for all the tranches and items.
- firm phase 1: SPECT-CT for the Ambroise Paré CHU.
Supply and maintenance of a minimum 16-slice SPECT-CT hybrid camera according to the technical requirements specified in part III, delivered with a “client-server” type software solution for image post-processing for at least five simultaneous users as well as the work dismantling, fitting out of premises and installation, with regard to the site infrastructure.
Place of delivery and performance of services: CHU Ambroise Paré, nuclear medicine department, level -1, Boulevard Kennedy 2, 7000 Mons.
- firm phase 2: SPECT-CT for the Tivoli University Hospital.
Supply and maintenance of a minimum 16-slice SPECT-CT hybrid camera according to the technical requirements specified in part III, delivered with a “client-server” type software solution for image post-processing for a minimum of six simultaneous users as well as the work dismantling, fitting out of premises and installation, specific to the site infrastructure.

Each phase is carried out by means of order forms issued by the beneficiary contracting authority (PAB) of the supply, services and works:
- for tranche 1: the issuer of the order forms is the CHUPMB,
- for phase 2: the issuer of the order forms is the Tivoli University Hospital.
