Application for the provision of services (architectural assignment).

The assignment aims at designing various collective residential buildings with above and below ground parking infrastructure and environmental design for the Papenhof Phase 3 residential project in Mechelen-Nekkerspoel. The assignment comprises 2 partial assignments:

1. Development of a master plan and image quality plan for collective residential buildings, (parking) infrastructure and environmental design

2. Implementation-technical design of collective residential buildings, (parking) infrastructure and environmental design as well as monitoring of the execution of the works.
