The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select a Tenderer for the provision and services of a Student Information System and related services for an initial period of five (5) years (60 months). The Agreement shall be evaluated and renewed after the initial term for a period of 2 years (with a maximum of 10 renewal years), unless the Client notifies not to use the renewal option no later than three (3) months before the expiry of the renewal date.
