The subject of the award is the implementation of courier service trips and transports for the Akademie der Künste; the services are awarded in 2 lots.
Lot 1 - Daily mail roundsThe courier service in the context of lot 1 is to be provided regardless of the daily volume and includes the collection of incoming mail from the client's mailboxes, the collection and delivery of the outgoing mail to the mail service provider as well as the daily transport of internal documents, letters, parcels and packages. Furthermore, all kinds of office supplies, such as paper, cardboard, small office furniture and technology (computers, laptops or monitors) must be transported between the properties.
Incoming mail is collected and delivered at the Deutsche Post AG post offices provided by the client.
Lot 2 - special tripsSpecial trips are ordered individually and billed on a kilometer basis according to the price sheet.
The employees of the (respective) post office, including their respective representatives, the exhibition and event technology and the registrar office of the Akademie der Künste are entitled to commission.
Special trips can be ordered in Berlin, in the surrounding area or across Germany. Most of the trips take place in the city and the greater Berlin area, in exceptional cases trips to the rest of Germany are necessary.
