The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) intends to enter into an Assured Access Contract/‘dormant contract‘ for RoRo capacity during deployments, operations and crisis.

Suppliers that wish to participate in the Competition are invited to submit an Application for Qualification according to this Qualification for participation. Suppliers that submit successful applications will receive an Invitation to Tender(ITT). All suppliers that submit a tender according to the ITT and are not excluded from the competition will be invited to negotiation meetings.
