The contracting of works involves the execution of paintwork and the placement of wall and floor coverings in the buildings of Ghent University, Ghent University College, Artvelde University College and West Flanders University College.

This contract includes the execution of works of the following nature:

- performing plastering,

- removal of old wall coverings,

- outbreak of existing floor covering and skirting boards,

- applying wall coverings,

- ceiling and wall paintings,

- paintwork on metal,

- paintwork on woody surfaces,

- transparent treatment of woodwork,

- varnishing wooden materials,

- refinishing parquet floors,

- re-or spraying of elastic joints,

- preparatory work for subfloors,

- delivery and installation of soft floor covering in lino.

An hourly wage is also requested for supervised staff and for delivering vehicles.
