1. The subject of the contract is the repair of PESA Pack drive units in 3 rail buses type 219M series SA136.

2. The contracting authority shall not allow partial or variant tenders to be submitted.

3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The subject of the contract is specified by codes CPV 50222000-7 Services in the field of repair and maintenance of rolling stock.

5. The Contracting Authority shall enable interested Contractors to inspect (without the possibility of copying) the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU), Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR), Technical Conditions for Execution and Acceptance (WTWiO) and the Spare Parts Catalogue of vehicles covered by the subject of the contract, at the Contractor's request submitted in accordance with § 8 (via the purchasing platform).

6. The Contracting Authority undertakes to make DSU, DTR, WTWiO and the Catalogue of Spare Parts of vehicles available to the Contractor selected in these proceedings, only within the scope of the implementation of the subject of the contract.
