The subject of this order is: Design and construction of sanitary sewerage and water supply system in Kolbego Street in Skierniewice, in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Utility Programme hereinafter referred to as [PFU], including:

1) PROPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS in accordance with the requirements of the PFU, 2) CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY CANALYSATION with an estimated total length of approximately 292 m, 3) CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER SERVICE with an estimated total length of approximately 360 m along with hydrants fire control with approaches in the amount of min. approx. 2 pcs., 4) RECREATION OF THE ROAD LANE PAVEMENT.

The Contracting Authority shall specify the employment requirement under the employment contract (Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons carrying out activities related to the performance of construction works in the field of earthworks, assembly, general construction and installation works.

The subject of this order is: Design and construction of sanitary sewerage and water supply system in Kolbego Street in Skierniewice, in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Utility Programme hereinafter referred to as [PFU], including:

1) PROVISION OF EXPENDING DOCUMENTS in accordance with the requirements of the PFU,

2) CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY CANALYSATION OF PVC-U pipes with a diameter of DN200-160 with a perimeter rigidity of min. SN8 “solid” with elongated goblets, combined into rubber seals with a stabilising ring, with an estimated total length of approximately 292m, including:

- main pipelines with a total length of approximately 253 m - departures to the boundaries of the property of the recipients in an estimated amount of approximately 12 pcs with an estimated total length of approximately 39 m,

3) CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION OF PN16 SDR11 ø110 PE pipes with an estimated total length of approximately 360 m along with fire hydrants with approaches in the amount of min. approx. 2 pcs.

4) RECREATION OF THE ROAD LANE SURFACE. Restoration of the pavement should be carried out with the obtaining of the required geotechnical parameters, together with the ordering of the construction site after the works performed and in accordance with the Technical Conditions for the restoration of the pavement mark DK.7012.12.2019 of 28.06.2019r. issued by the Road Manager and the requirements Contracting Authority included in the PFU.

1.1 The item of the order will be made broken down into stages; Stage I - KS Design and construction of sanitary sewerage in Kolbego Street; Stage II - SW Design and construction of water supply in Kolbego Street.

The execution of each of the Stages includes:

1) Development of a complete Design Documentation for the construction of a sanitary sewer network and water supply network, including, among others:

- Obtaining data and starting materials for design (e.g. maps for design purposes, geotechnical surveys, land registry discharge, spatial development plan discharge),

- Drawing up any design development required for the implementation of investments in the scope and form defined by the applicable rules and PFU records,

- Obtaining all required conditions, consent, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and the implementation of all arrangements related to the implementation of the Design Documentation,

- Obtaining, on behalf and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a legitimate decision on the building permit, including any formal legal documents necessary to obtain such a decision.

2) Comprehensive execution of construction works, including the construction of designed networks together with necessary technological facilities, including, among others:

- Obtaining all required consents, permits and administrative decisions from external institutions and the execution of all arrangements related to the implementation of construction works,

- Introduction of temporary traffic organisation, marking and securing the Construction Site and maintaining it in due condition until the date of Final Receipt,

- The execution of preparatory, demolition, earth, technological and assembly works, general construction and cleanup related to the construction of a designed sanitary sewerage network and water supply network,

- Restoration of the affected network of existing road lane pavements in accordance with the Terms of the Road Manager for so-called “passability” in accordance with points 2.3.21. and 4.1.8. PFU,

- Providing geodetic and geotechnical service during the implementation of investments,

- Maintaining the Construction Documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority,

- Conduct of all necessary tests, tests and checks in the course of the construction works and during the carrying out of reception operations,

- Fulfillment of copyright supervision during the implementation of construction works,

- Development and transfer to the Contracting Authority of the Receiving Documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority,

- Providing the Ordering Party with the documents necessary to carry out a notice of completion of construction works or obtaining a decision authorizing use from the competent construction supervisors.Detailed OPZ-OSE No. 1 to SWZ.
