The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the Municipality of Żory in 2024.

- for part 1: Purchase of electricity in the Żory Municipality in the years 2024-2025 in the area of operation of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. in the amount of 13 939.326 MWh

- for part 2: Purchase of electricity in the Municipality of Żory in the years 2024-2025 in the area of operation of OSD ESV9 Sp. z o.o. in the amount of 344.510 MWh

- for lot 3: Purchase of electricity for Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. in the area of operation of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. DSO and sale of electricity generated in generating units in 2024 in the amount of 2 357.704 MWh

Purchase of electricity for 413 electricity consumption points in the area of operation of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. DSO.

The amount of energy supplied during the contract is 13 939.326 MWh, including:

a) for the needs of street lighting, traffic lights and facilities of the Municipality of Żory: 6 032.148 MWh;

b) for educational institutions: 3 054.212 MWh;

c) for the needs of other organizational units: 4 852.966 MWh.

The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 and 2a to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Annex 5 to the SWZ).

Purchase of electricity for 20 electricity consumption points in the area of operation of OSD ESV9 Sp. z o.o.

The amount of energy supplied during the term of the contract is 344,510 MWh, including:

a) for the needs of the Municipality of Żory: 108.310 MWh;

b) for the needs of organizational units: 236,200 MWh.

Purchase of electricity for 71 electricity consumption points of Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Żory Sp. z o.o. in the area of operation of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. and sale of electricity generated in generating units in 2024.
