The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of stationary and mobile machines and their connection to the Lublika system - division into 2 parts.

1. Purchase and delivery of 15 pieces of brand new stationary vending machines for selling paper and electronic purse tickets (EP), as well as other services offered as part of the LUBIKA Central System dedicated to these Devices together with the right of option, consisting in the possibility of increasing the number of devices by an additional 3 pcs. equipment with foundations and carrying out construction works related to the foundation foundation, installation of equipment and connection to the power supply in accordance with the conditions specified by PGE.

2. Integration of the delivered devices with the LUBIKA Central System at least in the scope of sales execution, service of LUBIKA System Users (passengers) and reporting transaction data through api made available by the Ordering Party after signing the Agreement - applies to parts I and II;

3.Providing full documentation - applies to parts I and II;

4. Carrying out construction works related to the foundation foundation, installation of equipment and connection to the power supply in accordance with the conditions specified by the energy company PGE Dystrybucja S.A., hereinafter referred to as PGE, in the following locations:

4.1. Koncertowa Street (public transport stop: Rondo Kilara 04);

4.2. Józefa Elsnera Street (public transport stop: Żywnego 02);

4.3. Dożynkowa Street (public transport stop: Laurowa 02);

4.4. Poligonowa Street (public transport stop: Zielone Wzgórze 02);

4.5. al. Warszawska (new public transport stop: Czeremchowa 02);

4.6. Nałęczowska Street (public transport stop: Gnieźnieńska 02);

4.7. Roztocze Street (public transport stop: Roztocze 04);

4.8. Filaretów Street (public transport stop: Fantastyczna 02);

4.9. Nadbystrzycka Street (public transport stop: Pozytywistów 02);

4.10. Diamentowa Street (public transport stop: Medalion 02);

4.11. Głuska Street (public transport stop: Miętowa 02);

4.12. al. Wincenty Witosa (public transport stop: Witosa - Felicity 02);

4.13. Koncertowa Street (public transport stop: Karkonoska 02);

4.14. Stanisława Węglarza Street (public transport stop: Węglarza 02);

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the above locations as part of the remuneration referred to in § 19 of the agreement, with the proviso that the change of location may take place for up to 7 stationary ticket machines to other ones indicated by the Ordering Party in the city of Lublin in the event of, among others: a collision of the subject of the contract with investments planned or parallel carried out by other entities to the extent impossible to avoid or remove these collisions, which the Ordering Party, exercising due diligence before signing the contract, could not foresee.

7.Commissioning with connection to the Lubika System of the supplied devices - applies to parts I and II.

8. Conducting trainings of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party - applies to parts I and II.

9. Warranty service, including maintenance of the equipment for a period of min. 36 months from the date of final acceptance without comments - applies to Parts I and II.

10. Execution of stickers and wrapping of stationary ticket machines (part I) and mobile ticket machines (part II) in accordance with the principles of project promotion and the guidelines of the contracting authority presented at the stage of preparation of relevant markings.

11. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Detailed letter of the subject of the contract - applies to parts I and II;

1. Purchase and delivery of 25 pieces of brand new mobile vending machines mounted inside vehicles for the sale of disposable and temporary paper tickets.

2. Integration of the delivered devices with the LUBIKA Central System at least in the scope of sales execution, service of LUBIKA System Users (passengers) and reporting transaction data through api made available by the Ordering Party after signing the Agreement - applies to parts I and II;

3. Providing full documentation - applies to parts I and II.

4. Installation of mobile ticket machines in vehicles - applies to part II.

5. Commissioning with connection to the Lubika System of the supplied devices - applies to parts I and II.

6. Conducting trainings of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party - applies to parts I and II.

7. Warranty service, including maintenance of devices in operation for a period of min. 36 months from the date of final acceptance without comments - applies to Parts I and II.
