Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry works execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice adopted by Decision No. 70 of the Regional Director of the State Forests of 24.10.2022 regarding the amendment of Decision No. 62 of the Regional Director of the State Forests in Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest roads and water drainage, to be performed in the area of the Rybnik Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and maintenance of forest roads and water drainage resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
