Bergen municipality, including collaboration parties, would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can take on the total responsibility and meet the contracting authority's need for a managed printout, printout, scanning, photocopying and facsimile system.

This is a negotiated procedure and all interested parties are asked to study the tender documentation carefully so that they understand the procedure. Note that tenders in the form of prices and descriptions must not be submitted in the first round. Only responses to the qualification requirements are to be submitted now. Please contact us if anything is unclear.
