Textile service for functional protective clothing for the rescue service of the Fire and Disaster Protection Office of the LH Dresden

The LH Dresden intends to use the textile service of a bidder to remove the components from the

a) Procurement and stockpiling for the client

b) Delivery/collection

c) Cleaning/disinfection

d) Repair/replacement

e) Quality control/ documentation

To be forgiven.

The contract period lasts four years, from 2023 to 2026.

In the first year, the procurement of the garments must take place. The following quantities are calculated according to the specification of the maximum number of vacancies per vehicle:

Pants: approx. 1300 pcs.

Softshell jacket: approx. 1300 pcs.

Hardshell jacket: approx. 790 pcs.

T-shirt approx. 1300 pcs.

For transport, cleaning, disinfection, repair, quality control and documentation, the following quantities are calculated per year:

Pants: approx. 1260 pcs.

Softshell jacket: approx. 1260 pcs.

Hardshell jacket: approx. 315 pcs.

T-shirt approx. 1260 pcs.
