Project management assistance (AMO) within the framework of the award procedure for a Global Performance Contract (MGP) for the design, construction and operation of a household and similar waste treatment unit .

Duration of the contract: nine years from the notification. Form of contract: composite framework agreement. The ordinary contract part of the framework agreement covers the performance of the first six missions. The subsequent contracts part of the framework agreement relates to the performance of mission 7, according to the stipulations of the act of engagement, which is carried out by subsequent contracts issued on the basis of the framework agreement . The form of contracts will be defined by each subsequent contract. The contracting authority also reserves the right to have recourse to subsequent contracts for assignments 1 to 6 in the case of services falling within the subject of this framework agreement but which are not provided for in these assignments. Award of a single market. Details of the missions entrusted to the holder:

- mission 1: update of the conclusions of the study conducted by the previous owner and validation of the hypotheses;

- mission 2: preparation and drafting of the DCE;

- mission 3: consultation and analysis of offers;

- mission 4: negotiations;

- mission 5: analysis report and finalization of the MGP contract;

- mission 6: monitoring of the implementation of the project by the company selected for the MGP;

- mission 7: half-yearly evaluation of the functioning and operation of the new waste treatment unit.

Total estimated amount of the framework agreement: EUR 1,400,000 excluding tax. Minimum amount of the assignment 7: 25,000 EUR HT, no maximum amount but an overall estimate for this assignment of 125,000 EUR HT.
