Extent

The Commissioner intends to procure the reception and final treatment of municipal waste in the form of food and residual waste from households and activities in Borgholm Municipality. The mission includes the sorting and treatment of the fractions of food and residual waste, as well as treatment of fraction residual waste.

The order estimates the total amount of waste to be received and processed per year at about 3,500 tonnes. However, the Commissioner does not undertake to call off a certain quantity, but the assumed supplier is obliged to supply the true needs of the order.

Transportation of the waste to a treatment facility is not included in this procurement.
