The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Dębno Commune and from the Point of Selective Waste Collection and their management in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, executive regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dębno Commune in force during the implementation of the contract

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Dębno Commune and from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Wola Dębińska on plot No. 452/2 in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, executive regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the resolution on the maintenance regulations in force during the implementation of the contract cleanliness and order in the Dębno 2 Commune. The subject of the contract includes the following categories of municipal waste: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste b) paper and cardboard c) glass d) plastics (e) metals f) multi-material packaging g) wood waste (h) clothing and textiles (i) soil and soil mixed with rubble (j) used energy-saving light bulbs and fluorescent lamps (fluorescent lamps) (k) Used batteries and accumulators l) expired medications (m) other chemicals (n) waste oils o) other hazardous wastes (p) waste large-size q) used tyres (r) Construction rubble and other construction and post-renovation waste (s) Waste electrical and electronic equipment (t) Green waste and any other biodegradable municipal waste u) slags and ashes A detailed description and manner of contract implementation is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ
