Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for cleaning, paper, plastic and institutional household products.

The following Municipalities are participants (purchasing partners) in the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority.

Øvre Eiker Municipality.

Lier Municipality

Modum Municipality

Hole Municipality

Krødsherad Municipality

Flå Municipality

Ringerike Municipality.

Nesbyen Municipality

Gol Municipality

Nore og Uvdal Municipality

Ål Municipality

Hol Municipality

Flesberg Municipality.

Larvik Municipality is included as an option.

The framework agreement must also cover other legal units such as municipal businesses and other organisations subject to municipal administration.

If the Contracting Authority were to separate parts of its operation into individual legal entities or merge companies, these legal entities and companies may take part in the contract under the same terms.

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's need for the procurement and delivery of cleaning, paper, plastic and institutional household products, of the right quality, in a cost-efficient and environmentally and socially responsibly manner.

The contract's estimated value over four years is approximately NOK 45,000,000 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the contract is NOK 60,000,000 excluding VAT.

The value is estimated based on statistics from previous years and is merely an estimate. Statistics from previous years are given without the purchase of infection control equipment and products. The contracting authority is not obligated to procure a specific volume.

The framework agreement period is four years from the signing of the contract with the possibly for termination.
