The administrative offices of the Stuttgart Fire Department will be merged into the new Central Administration Fire Department with underground car park in Neckarpark on plots Q16.1 and Q17.

The land area is approx. 2,645 m2 and is located on the site of the former Bad Cannstatt freight station in the core zone of Stuttgart's healing spring conservation area.

Further construction work will be carried out on the adjacent properties in parallel with this construction project. The space program with 4,800 m2 of usable space (NUF) includes offices and meeting rooms as well as sports, storage, archive and expansion areas. It is necessary to check whether the building can be made in parts in the form of a timber structure.

For the associated services in the field of structural design and civil engineering (excavation pit shoring), the state capital is looking for an efficient planning office.

The currently assumed construction costs amount to a total of approx. EUR 27 million (net) for cost groups 300 and 400.

Structural engineering services according to HOAI as of 2021 Part 4 Section 1, § 51 Structural Engineering Services - LP 1-6 as well as special services

Services for excavation pit shoring according to HOAI as of 2021 Part 3 Section 3, § 43 Performance Profile Civil Engineering Structures - LP 1-9 as well as special services

The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including service phase 6 or service phase 9 according to HOAI if the project is realized. The detailed description of services can be found in the attached contract.

The client intends to commission the project stages in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the assignment of all project stages.
