Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland will buy electronic facilitation platform service for 4 year period with optional 2 year extension.
Platform is expected to provide workspaces where people come together to collaborate on complex organisational development processes and change initiatives.
In facilitation platform facilitators can add new pages, duplicate existing workspaces and rearrange elements to match organisation's needs, create polls and maintain bookings for sessions. Facilitators can manage the participants' invitations to workspaces and manage their access levels. Facilitators may use assignments to keep participants (individual or everyone) engaged during the change process.
Participants for one workspace may be large group exceeding 1 000 persons. Participants can post their ideas and interact with one another using any combination of text, video and pictures. Book appointments for interviews or individual coaching sessions. Participants may be internal or external for Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Participants may use computers or handheld devices like mobile phones or tablets. Usage must not require any specific application to be installed — mainstream web browsers must be sufficient.
Administrator/main user can get information about current system status like how many users environment currently have, amount of active and archived workspaces and activity reports. In addition, possibility to add, duplicate and archive workspaces.
Platform use AI capabilities to cluster, analyse and summarise large amounts of discussion data in seconds.
