The Ministry of Culture is announcing a research assignment that will examine museum's place and role in society in light of the museum reform for the preparation of a new museum notification. The assignment will include the museums in the National Museum Network, the Sami Museums and museums that get regular grants for their running costs from other ministries than the Ministry of Culture. The assignment has a financial limit of 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT, and it must be completed by 1.6.2020.
