The assignment to be tendered is defined as follows: advising on, supplying, installing and providing service of furniture for the KempenKind Education Foundation. In accordance with KempenKind's needs, the Contractor also fulfills an advisory role for the furniture.

Primary school Het Palet also falls within this agreement. However, it is situated in a joint building where parts of the building are also owned and used by and by other parties. These spaces are not covered by this agreement, only teaching spaces that are only used by Het Palet are covered by this agreement.

The furniture for out-of-school and childcare within KempenKind has been outsourced to a third party (Number 1). They purchase their own furniture, which is not covered by this agreement. In the event that KempenKind is going to organize this itself, this furniture does fall within the scope of the assignment.

The scope of the assignment cannot be determined. This depends on future developments and the concrete needs of schools during the contract period. The value in recent years was:

2017: 190,000,

2018: 124,000,

219: 223,000,

2020: 200,000.

The value of this assignment can be derived from this. However, the Tenderer cannot derive any rights from this, the size also depends on the needs of the various schools.
