Tender for bicycle leasing for employees of the district office Aschaffenburg on the basis of the "Collective Agreement for Bicycle Leasing"

The administrative district of Aschaffenburg intends to offer bicycle leasing (by way of deferred compensation) for its municipal employees covered by collective agreements. It is to be a partial amortisation lease in accordance with the collective agreement on bicycle leasing. For this purpose, a framework agreement is to be concluded with a provider. At the same time, the provider acts - if necessary in conjunction with appropriate subcontractors or as a supplier community - as lessor, service provider and insurer. These services must be provided from a single source. The lessee is the client in each case. For each individual leasing contract, the client concludes a leasing agreement with the respective employee, in which his rights and obligations with regard to the bicycle and in particular the salary conversion are regulated. The leasing term is usually 36 months. As soon as the legal requirements for this are met, municipal officials should also be able to make use of bicycle leasing.
