The general planning services for the new construction of the Elster-Luppe-Aue flood polders are the subject of the tender. The flood events of the years 2002 and 2013 showed that not only the upgrading of dikes according to current requirements, but also further dike relocations and, due to their efficient effectiveness, controllable polders in the flood protection concept of the state of Saxony-Anhalt are part of modern flood protection. The need to create additional retention areas after the 2013 flood was also recognized at federal level and a national HWS program was decided at the special conference of the environment ministers in September 2013. The state of Saxony-Anhalt has had a comprehensive study of possible polder locations on the main rivers Elbe, Saale, Mulde and Weisse Elster since the end of 2014. In 2015, the traceable locations were further examined within a in-depth study. The Polder Elster-Luppe-Aue on the Weißen Elster in the Saalekreis is a central object to be followed up. In principle, the project includes the construction of approx. 8.9 km of polder dykes including the dividing dykes and the reconstruction or expansion of the southern dyke of the Weißen Elster to about 5.7 km. The estimated total construction costs for the KG 200-700 are approx. EUR 52 200 000.00 net.

5. Specialist planning of structural engineering according to HOAI § 51 i. V. m. Annex 14, LPH 1-6 all basic services as well as selected special services according to Annex 14.1 HOAI,

6. Specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with HOAI § 55 i. V. m. Annex 15, LPH 1-8 all basic services as well as selected special services according to Annex 15.1 HOAI,

4. Advisory services in accordance with Annex 1 HOAI (option) - designation and service description in accordance with Part B, service description item B 2.4
