The subject of the contract is specialist care services for children and young people with mental disorders, provided in a place provided by the contractor in the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski or in justified cases in the apartment of beneficiaries in the city of Ostrów Wielkopolski - including in particular:

1. Teaching and developing skills necessary for independent living, including:

a) developing the skills to meet basic life needs and social functioning skills, motivating to activity, treatment and rehabilitation, conducting self-service and social skills trainings;

b) interventions and assistance in family life, including:

Help in dealing with crises - specialist counseling, crisis interventions, psychological support, therapeutic talks,

facilitating access to education and culture, shaping positive relations of the supporting person with close relatives, cooperation.
