The City of Tampere is acquiring a software service for measuring customer experience, which can be used to measure NPS recommendation questions as well as other kinds of questions and surveys asking about customer experience and satisfaction. The object of the procurement includes, for example: Survey links sent via email or SMS. The number of active users of the acquired software service is estimated at 200-300 per year.
The target of the procurement also includes devices as a service, such as tablet devices, which have the same survey system as online. The purchase does not include the so-called. pressing devices.
