Cultural and sports quarter - New hall construction - Roof waterproofing work

In the course of the new construction of the cultural and sports quarter in 68723 Plankstadt, the roof waterproofing work is to be carried out, which is the content of this bill of quantities. This has the following scope in the main services:

- Installing a vapour barrier on a roof area of 4,510 m²

- Laying multi-layer insulation layers on a roof area of 4,510 m²

- Laying two-layer waterproofing membranes on 4,510 m² roof area and on 680 linear meters of attic

- Lay the protective layer of roof waterproofing on a roof area of 4,510 m²

- approx. 430 m Manufacture parapet closures from planks and parapet cover profiles

- Delivery and installation of 10 roof domes

- Creation of a drainage layer on a roof area of 3,150 m²

- Application of vegetation substrate and flat roof greening on 4,510 m² roof area

- Delivery and installation of 63 roof gullies
