Fuels from the tanker delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters.

Technical conditions for the supply of diesel fuel:

1. The Contractor will deliver diesel oil by its own transport to two tanks of the Contracting Authority at 42 Mazurska Street in Elbląg.

2. The estimated annual demand for diesel is: 225,000 l. A single supply should be between 5,000 l. and 14,000 l.

3. The Contractor shall attach a fuel quality certificate to each fuel delivery, specifying the characteristics of the goods, including the sulphur content, which may not exceed 10.00 mg/kg.

4. Fuel will be accepted on the basis of an electronic meter located in the tanker, which can be confirmed on a printout of the quantity issued.

5. The amount of diesel fuel will be settled at a temperature of 15°C, based on the legalized tanker meter.

6. Fuel will be delivered within 1-2 days of notification by e-mail about the need to deliver it between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

7. The Ordering Party does not require the indication of the fuel manufacturer, the fuel supplied must be consistent with the description of the subject of the contract.

8. The ordered fuel will be used by the Ordering Party only for its own purposes.
