Forshagbostäder AB and Forshaga Energi AB, with this procurement of collaborators in the form total contract with the direction of early stage partnering, where no drawings exist, create the best possible condition for building an accommodation with as good features as possible and which at the same time is cost-effective.

Forshagabocities intends to erect housing under submitted land ownership competition grants on part of Åsmyren houses B and C in Forshaga. The land to be built up is on the Grossbol 1:498 property. In addition to the main contract, two options are planned, option number one is House A according to submitted land design competition grant and option two is the construction and completed deployment of district heating to the current Hus A-E in submitted land design competition grants.
