cleaning and maintenance services for common areas and treatment of household waste in Sacogiva residences

the purpose of the contract is the cleaning and maintenance services of the common areas, interior and exterior and the management of household waste on the residential heritage of Sacogiva. It also includes services with purchase orders. As this consultation follows the renewal of the previous contract, the start of services is scheduled to start on 1 September 2023. The Account Holder is duly informed of this particular provision and will take all necessary measures to ensure that the benefits are covered on that date. The candidate must carry out a visit to the heritage of SACOGIVA in accordance with the list contained in Annex No. 1 of the CCTP - residence sheets.
