European tender for the recruitment of a new Learning Management System (LMS) including implementation and the management & maintenance by a supplier because the contract period of the current learning platform expires.

At the moment, the LMS of Itslearning is used. The contract with the current supplier ends on 31-12-2023. By that date, the implementation of the new LMS Summa-wide must be fully completed, including the migration of data and the realization of the necessary links.

The use of Itslearning (current supplier, current package) is supported as follows:

• User management: task teachers ICT and i-coaches within the teams and propositions;

• Functional management: Front Office department;

• Technical management: supplier Itslearning;

• Links with other information systems in use at Summa College: Back Office department.
