This is a a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to make a modification to NCC1075 Integrated Community Drug and Alcohol Service. The modification includes a post that will support delivery of in-reach respiratory clinic and wider healthcare services. Provision will also be made for emergency accommodation for service users assessed as living in unstable and/or unsafe conditions.

The period of the modification is 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 with a contract value of £985,567.20.
