Ealing Council is seeking visionary developers who can seize this opportunity and respond to the challenges of a major housing-lead regeneration project. The successful developer will radically transform Rectory Park area by providing new high-quality affordable and private homes in a sustainable and vibrant neighbourhood.
Rectory Park currently consists of approximately 270 local authority owned homes mainly rented, and it is still substantially a mono tenure area. Due to its positive geographic location, adjacent to Rectory Park, there is tremendous potential for it to be re-invented as a prosperous and vibrant area.
There may be some potential to expand housing regeneration on a nearby site that currently contains sheltered housing. The Council is currently consulting residents and will report in the due course. It is expected that the successful tenderer will carry out additional works which may be required on the nearby site.
The development may include works in relation to public realm, commercial and/or retail use and other public facilities.
