The purpose of this contract is to design and restructure the main entrance to the Fresnes Penitentiary Estate. This is the offer phase of the restricted MAPA.

The object of this contract is the design and restructuring of the main entrance to the Fresnes prison estate. This operation is part of a modernization project for the penitentiary center and details as follows:

- construction of a roundabout with a turning lane,

- construction of a new police station,

- development of a waiting area for visitors at the entrance.
