The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and work related to nursery management, semination and selection, to be carried out in the area of the Choczewo Forest District in the year 2022. The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, acquisition and timber spins and workings related to nursery management, seed and selection resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.The subject of the order was divided into 6 parts (Packages).

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:
