The object of the order is the purchase and successive supply of infusion fluids for the Hospital Pharmacy.

Requirements for the subject of the order:

The Contractor may offer only medicinal products authorised for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301)

The required shelf life of each batch of goods will not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.
