The purpose of the contract is to carry out maintenance and repair work as detailed in Articles 2 and 6 of the SPC and broken down according to the following technical trades: MasonryO: RoofingO: Locksmithing / MetalworkO, Interior and exterior fittings, Metalwork, aluminium and woodwork, Glazing, Plastering, Painting and false ceilings, Partitions, Flooring, signage, signage, Signage, Signage, Signage, Signage, In accordance with the requirements detailed in the said CCP.For each technical tradesman, the services include operations contributing to the refurbishment of the installations, the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of any elements/parts deemed defective, worn or broken as a result of normal use or (in)voluntary deterioration, as well as the verification of the conformity of the structures. To carry out these missions and on the basis of its offer equivalent to a contractual commitment, the contractor shall provide on the Solaize site and according to the hourly coverage defined in Article 1.7 of the CCP a team of multi-skilled technician(s) on site who must meet the skills and authorisations defined in this contract
