This consultation concerns the collection services of household and similar waste from voluntary contribution points, compactors and caissons present in the 21 municipalities of the Siom territory.

The market is broken down into 2 lots:

- lot No. 1: The collection, transport, weighing and unloading of points of voluntary contribution of residual household waste, packaging and news-magazine papers and glass from SIOM;

- lot 2: Provision, rotation with emptying, weighing and unloading of caissons and compactors from the Siom territory

Economic operators can bid for one or more lots. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to the same tenderer is 2

the purpose of the contract is the collection, transport, weighing and unloading of points of voluntary supply of residual household waste, packaging and news-magazine papers and glass from SIOM. Lot 1 is a mixed price framework agreement (flat prices and unit prices). Services at unit prices are in the majority in their amount according to the SIOM evaluation. They are without minimum and with a maximum of 3,200,000 euros excluding VAT over the entire duration of the market

the contract concerns the rental, rotation, weighing and unloading of boxes and compactors: provision of boxes from 10 m3 to 30 m3 for rubble, bulky, incinerable and vegetable waste, compactor boxes of 14 m3 or 20 m3 for fairground market waste in the municipalities of Ulis and Palaiseau, supply , maintenance and operation of collection equipment, chassis and collection bins and all their accessories, supply of documents and IT tools for monitoring, traceability of services and transmission of information - the provision of the administrative and supervisory staff necessary for the management of the market and technical staff - the provision of the premises necessary for the performance of the service. Lot 2 is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices only), with no minimum, with a maximum of 1,900,000 euros HT over the duration of the contract
