The project includes the construction of 5 buildings between 3 and 5 floors spread over 2 building blocks. A total of 115 apartments of varying size will be built with a total floor area of 10,000 m2.

The buildings are erected with back walls and decks in concrete elements, brick walls, wooden / aluminum windows and doors, bathrooms as finished baths and flat roofs with roofing paper.

This offer includes the supply of wood / aluminum windows and doors, the scope of which is set out in Part II.2.4:

This tender deals with the supply of wooden / aluminum doors and windows for 115 apartments, approx. 700 units. Delivery of windows and doors must be made directly to the construction site, cf. the tendering schedule in the tender material. The windows must be packed on pallets per day. flat so that they can be crane up on the deck before tires are mounted above the floor, and be fully ready for installation. Supplier design is included in the delivery, including review / approval of drawings by the ordering provider.

The assembly is carried out under separate construction, and thus not contained.
