Ringsted District Heating will expand the district heating supply area in Benløse. The work will be carried out in public and private areas, respectively road areas, green areas, industrial areas and areas of protected forest (Østre Ringvej). The project includes the establishment of district heating pipes by underpass with the method of pressing at three locations as described in more detail in the tender documents. The contract includes earth, foundation, pipeline and forging works and pipe deliveries.
Ringsted District Heating will expand the district heating supply area in Benløse. The present tender covers the installation of district heating pipes by underpass with the method of pressing at three locations: Adventure Road; Kærup Parkvej and Østre Ringvej, cf. below. The work will be carried out in public and private areas, respectively road areas, green areas, industrial areas and areas of protected forest (Østre Ringvej). The contract includes earth, foundation, pipeline and forging works, as well as pipe deliveries with the main quantities indicated below. The client's delivery includes the restoration of a protected forest on Østre Ringvej.
The task is expected to include the following tasks:
Eventyrvej:
- Establishment and derigging of construction sites, as well as access roads and restoration of affected areas
- Establishment of construction pits of sheet piling, 1 press and 1 receiving pit
- Ramp for district heating line draw.
- Gennempresning of 2 strokes at 130 meter ø813 mm foringsrør,
- Extension of casing in excavation 10 m ø813 mm,
- Itrækning af 2 x 170 m fjernvarmerør series 3, ø219,1/400mm
Kærup Parkvej:
- Establishment and derigging of construction sites, as well as access roads and restoration of affected areas
- Establishment of construction pits of sheet piling, 1 piece press and 2 pcs. receiving pits
- Ramp for itrækning district heating pipe.
- Gennempresning of 2 strokes at 130 meter ø813 mm foringsrør,
- Extension of casing in excavation 13 m ø813 mm,
- Itrækning af 2 x 130 m fjernvarmerør series 3, ø323,9/560mm
Eastern Ring Road:
- Establishment and derigging of construction sites, as well as access roads and restoration of affected areas
- Establishment of construction pits of sheet piling, 1 piece press and 1 piece receiving pit.
- Ramp for itrækning district heating pipe.
- Gennempresning of 3 streets at 130 meter 3 pcs. ø813mm foringsrør,
- Drawing of 3 x 130 m district heating pipes series 3, respectively 2 pcs ø323,9/560mm and 1pcs ø114,3/250mm.
The works for Eventyrvej and Kærup Parkvej will start at the same time, which is why the contractor must have sufficient resource capacity to be able to start and complete the works according to the tender schedule.
The works are expected to start at the end of August with a project review meeting and a mobilization period, which the contractor will use to ensure robust planning of its works, including safety coordination, coordination with pipeline owners, ordering materials, preparing and submitting quality assurance, updating the health and safety plan and obtaining regulatory permits.
District heating will be established on public and private land. The developer has obtained general permits for the location of the wires.
The contract value is estimated at DKK 15,000,000 - 18,000,000.
