The subject of this order is the collection of municipal waste from the Community of Lubawka, from owners of inhabited property, including single-family and multi-family development, during the period of 12 months from January 1 to December 31, 2022. The subject of the order also includes receiving selectively collected municipal waste.
The collection of municipal waste will consist, among others, on:
1) receiving municipal waste from residents and transporting them to the municipal waste processing plant located in Lubawka on Zielona Street;
2. to equip the property with containers and bags used to collect municipal waste and maintain those containers in appropriate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition;
3) the establishment and operation of, in a way that provides easy and free access for all residents of the municipality, 1 point of selective collection of municipal waste, “PSZOK”, in which municipal waste transferred by the inhabitants of the municipality will be received.

3) the establishment and operation, in a way that provides easy and free access for all residents of the municipality, 1 point of selective collection of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”, in which municipal waste will be received by persons residing in the Lubawka Municipality.
