Hydrological monitoring of marine waters for the purpose of assessing the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location

1. The subject of the Order is hydrological monitoring of marine waters in a specific area of the Baltic Sea for the purpose of assessing the preferred Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location for the construction of facilities of the first Nuclear Power Plant in Poland ("EJ"), located in the Choczewo commune, Wejherowo County ("Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location") in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes Annex A to the Designed Contract provisions constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
