Optional Period 2:
- Extension of Concierge Services - Duration 12 months
- Extension of the associated operating services and material resources - Duration 12 months

Optional services:
- Option 1: Preparation and observation phase including (preparation and observation costs, acquisition and installation of equipment and furniture, installation of computer means and means of payment) - Duration 1 month
