The contest is for the delivery of continual sludge suction services.

Separate contracts will be signed for GLØR IKS and Mjøsanlegget AS.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically GLØR IKS have procured services for NOK 500,000 excluding VAT a year in recent years, and Mjøsanlegget has procured services for NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT a year in recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value for the contract that will be signed with GLØR IKS, including any options and expected price rises: NOK 2,600,000 excluding VAT.

Maximum value for the contract that will be signed with Mjøsanlegget, including any options and expected price rises: NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard terms and seriousness requirements.

Separate contracts will be signed with both entities, Mjøsanlegget AS and the sanitation company GLØR IKS.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer for each contract.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
