The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Reconstruction of heating networks in traditional technology into a network in pre-insulated pipe technology in the area of Piłsudskiego - Dworcowa Street, i.e. execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of existing networks

thermal works made in the traditional system for the heat network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes in Olsztyn, from the Contractor's materials under the project entitled "Reduction of the emissivity of the economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of the reconstruction of the network and heating nodes – stage III".

The scope of the order:

a) Construction and assembly works:

• dismantling and demolition works,

• earthworks,

• purchase, delivery and assembly of fittings, pipelines,

• land development and organization,

• construction of heating networks,

• required pickups.

b) Preparation of geodetic inventory and as-built documentation.

In addition, the Contractor is obliged on its own and at its own expense

in particular, to:

• felling trees and shrubs,

• implementation of the BIOZ plan,

• occupation of land, including road lanes and payment of related fees,

• notifying property managers about the planned date of work,

• preparation of the site for construction along with its marking,

• development of a traffic organization project,

• securing the construction site against access by third parties,

• providing geodetic services for investments,

• solving the issue of water and electricity consumption,

• installation of bottoms and network by-passes, provided for in the project documentation,

• restoration of the area and surface to the previous state, confirmed by a protocol signed by

the manager or owner of the site,

• insurance against civil liability to the extent specified in the draft contract,

• construction insurance against damage that may occur and against sudden, random events and

civil liability of works, construction equipment and equipment,

• removal of debris and other demolition materials, including waste disposal

The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Reconstruction of heating networks in traditional technology into a network in pre-insulated pipe technology in the area of Piłsudskiego - Dworcowa Street, i.e. execution of construction works consisting in the replacement of existing heat networks made in the traditional system with a heat network in pre-insulated pipe technology in Olsztyn, from the Contractor's materials under the project entitled "Reducing the emissions of the economy by improving the efficiency of heat distribution in Olsztyn as a result of reconstruction of the network and heating nodes – stage III".

A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies:

Incl. No. 3 - Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works.

The scope of the order:

a) Construction and assembly works:

• dismantling and demolition work,

• earthworks,

• purchase, delivery and installation of fittings, pipelines,

• landscaping and ordering of the land,

• construction of thermal networks,

• Reception required.

b) Execution of surveying inventory and as-built documentation.

In addition, the Contractor is obliged on its own and at its own expense

in particular, to:

• felling trees and shrubs,

• implementation of the BIOZ plan,

• site occupation, including road lanes and payment of related charges,

• notification of property managers of the planned time limit for carrying out the work,

• preparation of the site for construction with its signage,

• development of a road traffic organization project,

• safeguarding the construction site against third party access,

• ensuring the operation of surveying investments,

• solving the question of water and electricity consumption,

• assembly of network by-streaks provided for in the design documentation,

• restoration of the site and pavement to the previous condition, confirmed by the protocol signed by the site manager or owner,

• insurance against civil liability to the extent specified in the draft contract,

• construction insurance against damage likely to occur and from sudden, random events and civil liability works, equipment and construction equipment,

• exportation of debris and other demolition materials, together with waste disposal.
