Hunting and meadow and agricultural services. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of hunting and meadow agricultural works resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ i.e. work on pasture cultivation, role, meadows, game feed, hunting in the Warcino Forest Forest Breeding Centre ( transport of game and hunters, assurance of dogs, evisceration of game), maintenance of hunting commands, building new hunting equipment, maintenance of hunting equipment, work in the field of securing agricultural crops from hunting damage, preparation of wild boar, steeple roe deer, trophies deer and dielli, as well as the transport of game. The estimated value of the contract indicated in section II.2.6.is the sum of the value of the basic contract (net basic contract value plus option right at 20% of the net basic contract value) and the anticipated orders referred to in Article 67 (1) (6) of the Procurement Law Act Act public. The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employment of persons performing activities included in the object of the contract consisting of the transport of hunters, the transport of carcasses, the transport of game carcasses and the mowing of meadows with a rotary mower, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2019 item 1040 as amended). The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall have at least 8 persons in charge of the order and at least 3 persons to guard the fields.
