The reason for the tender is the need of the municipality of Waddinxveen for an expansion of its social real estate on the Parklaan with a sports hall with a facilities plinth (size approx. 1,420 m2 GFA) and childcare (size approx. 420 m2 GFA). The client aims to contract an integral design team for the elaboration of the technical program of Requirements, Preliminary Design and Final Design. The project will then be realized through an engineer and construct contract.
