The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (POHDE) requests your offer for scales and length measurements for the procurement period 1.10.2023 - 30.9.2025, options 1.10.2025 - 30.9.2026 and 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2027.

The procurement volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimated consumption volumes for the procurement period and are communicated to the tenderer only in support of the submission of a tender. The contract does not create a quantity purchase obligation for the contracting entity, but actual consumption may be higher or lower. Consumption is highest in the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia.

If the procurement is delayed from the announced start date of the period, the delay will be taken into account in the procurement volume.

The procurement unit compares groups 1-14 as separate group entities, and 1-2 suppliers with the most total points are selected for the groups. The scales and length measurements shall be ranked according to the total points, with the highest overall score coming first. The order of priority is followed when ordering contract equipment for user units, taking into account the needs of the user unit.

Products in accordance with the invitation to tender will be requested to be delivered to the customer's premises for an inspection/testing event to evaluate the properties of the products for comparison. Products must be delivered within the schedule that the customer later announces. A more detailed schedule and location will be announced later. To be included in the comparison, the requested products must be delivered to the event. It must be possible to deliver the products to the testing event within three weeks of the request (or later if the customer so states in the invitation).
