The subject of the Order is:
1) within the scope of the basic order: delivery of licenses in the subscription model Splunk Enterprise 2000GB/day and Splunk Enterprise Security 2000GB/day or equivalent for a period of 24 months with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 24 months, hereinafter referred to as "Software".
2) under the option right, the Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver additional licenses twice (double activation of the option right), such as those delivered as part of the basic order, enabling the collection and correlation of logs each time in the amount of 500 GB/day, in the subscription model, for a period not shorter than until the date of expiry of the Software subscription under the basic order, with the manufacturer's warranty not shorter than until the date of expiry of the Software warranty delivered in as part of the basic contract. The Ordering Party reserves that each order under the option right will be launched for a period of 12 months of the ordered Software subscription.
